Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers, so yard care feels simple and handled.

We believe good service starts with clarity. Below you'll find answers to common questions about our approach, scheduling, safety, and how Doggy Doods supports healthier, safer outdoor spaces for dogs and families.

General Questions

Doggy Doods focuses on intentional, consistent yard care rather than rushed cleanup. We look beyond what’s visible to support dog health, safety, and long-term yard usability.

No. While waste removal is part of our care, our services also address odor management, safety awareness, seasonal needs, and overlooked issues that impact a dog’s outdoor environment.

No. As long as we have safe access to the yard, service can be completed without anyone being home.

Scheduling and Service Questions

Service frequency depends on the care plan selected. We offer structured, recurring care designed to prevent buildup and keep yards consistently usable.

If a visit can’t be completed, we communicate clearly and will do double duty the following visit unless you are a Signature or Elite Concierge member. Signature members receive priority rescheduling based on availability if they need service before the next visit and Elite Concierge members have custom scheduling.

Yes. As your needs change, services can be adjusted to better support your yard and your dog’s routine.

Health and Safety Questions

Yes. We use dog-safe products and apply them with intention. Deodorizing is designed to support comfort without masking issues or over-treating the yard.

Dogs interact with their environment differently than humans. Small issues like debris, damaged fencing, or digging spots can become safety risks if overlooked. Awareness helps prevent problems before they escalate.

Scooping removes visible waste, but it doesn’t address bacteria, lingering odors, or overlooked hazards. Dogs experience their environment through scent and routine, which is why a more complete approach matters.

HOA and Community Questions

Yes. We offer structured HOA solutions and a participation-based Partner Program designed to support shared pet areas without adding enforcement burden.

No. Resident participation is always optional. Community-level benefits scale naturally as participation grows.
